Watercress , Bell Pepper Salad

2 bunches watercress
3 red bell peppers, julienne
1 small sweet onion, minced
1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 Tbsp cold pressed flax oil
1 Tbsp. nama shoyu

Mix watercress and peppers in a bowl.  Mix other ingredients together.  Then toss with watercress and peppers.  Serves 2-4
